Michael brings over 20 years of leadership experience spanning recruitment agencies, in-house talent acquisition, RPOs, business development, and people operations, with a strong focus on financial services, Web3, and FinTech startups. Before co-founding Cygnify, Michael worked with renowned organizations such as Standard Chartered Bank, PwC, and several high-growth tech startups. Most recently, he served as the SVP of People & Talent Acquisition at a blockchain FinTech startup. Throughout his career, Michael has cultivated a vast network and built key relationships across the APAC region, driving impactful talent solutions in dynamic and emerging industries
Simon Catling is Head of Talent at Cygnify, where he leads the delivery team and oversees the execution of talent solutions for clients. He brings extensive experience building and leading talent acquisition functions, having previously served as Head of Talent Acquisition at EQT Exeter and JLL. Simon focuses on delivering high-quality hiring outcomes and helping organisations scale with the right people.
Adam brings over 20 years of recruitment expertise, including 17 years in Singapore, specializing in helping hyper-growth tech companies scale across Asia. Before founding Cygnify, Adam served as the APAC & Japan Regional Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at Indeed.com, where he led a 140+ TA team responsible for hiring hundreds of sales & tech professionals across Asia. Prior to Indeed, Adam headed Ericsson's Talent Acquisition team for Southeast Asia, driving the recruitment of hundreds of top engineering professionals annually. His leadership and expertise have consistently enabled businesses to attract and retain exceptional talent in competitive markets.
Ren Kelsey brings over 15 years of experience in technology recruitment and business operations across the APAC region. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Ren combines deep technical understanding with a disciplined, process-driven approach to operational execution. As Operations Director at Cygnify, Ren oversees core corporate functions, drives governance and process excellence, and ensures the consistent execution of Cygnify’s Talent Acquisition as a Service (TAaaS) model across multiple markets. Prior to joining Cygnify, Ren built a strong track record at firms including Kerry Consulting, RP International, and Kelly Services, delivering retained and contingent searches for global clients. Known for a meticulous and consultative approach, Ren has earned a reputation for reliability, precision, and strong stakeholder alignment, while effectively bridging internal operations with client delivery to support scalable, high-quality growth.
