His agency experience includes driving employer branding and talent attraction for Fortune 500 companies. Throughout his career, Tarun has cultivated strong relationships with TA leaders across diverse industries, enabling organizations to attract and retain exceptional talent in competitive markets.

Adam brings over 20 years of recruitment expertise, including 17 years in Singapore, specializing in helping hyper-growth tech companies scale across Asia. Before founding Cygnify, Adam served as the APAC & Japan Regional Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at Indeed.com, where he led a 140+ TA team responsible for hiring hundreds of sales & tech professionals across Asia. Prior to Indeed, Adam headed Ericsson's Talent Acquisition team for Southeast Asia, driving the recruitment of hundreds of top engineering professionals annually.
