This role involves working closely with product development and engineering teams to integrate security from the very start.

Joining our client means being at the forefront of cybersecurity, protecting some of the industry's most advanced products. You'll have great opportunities to develop your skills and work with talented experts.

The Opportunity

As an IAM Solutions Architect, you will be key to building and using Zero Trust security principles to protect our client's advanced products. Working within a collaborative, global Cyber Security team, you will design and implement robust Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. A main focus will be on continuously checking user identities and device security, and creating access rules that give users only the access they need (least privilege).

You will work closely with the Global Head for Security Architecture and Engineering to lead the use of Zero Trust principles and best practices across the company. You will also collaborate with colleagues in the Cyber Security and Risk (CSR) function to fully protect data and products from advanced threats.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise management on IAM controls and act as a Technical Product Manager to gather necessary business, technical, and functional requirements for integrating company applications into the main IAM system.
  • Find, analyze, and fix complex problems with system design, identities, access, authentication, authorization, and permissions.
  • Proactively identify and suggest improvements to the existing IAM architecture to effectively fight new cybersecurity threats.
  • Balance business needs with security and IT requirements, creating security processes and documentation for better efficiency, scalability, and long-term use.
  • Be an expert and trusted advisor within the CSR team, working well with other departments on cybersecurity engineering projects.
  • Manage cybersecurity projects, working with remote teams and outside vendors to ensure projects meet company goals.
  • Provide essential support, troubleshoot, and resolve system incidents, problems, and changes as needed.

Essential Qualifications

  • Ability to work well independently or as part of a team
  • Hold relevant technical or information security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CIAM, CISM, ITIL) and cloud platform certifications (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure)
  • Deep understanding of all parts of IAM, including identity and credential management, access management, privileged access management, and secrets management.
  • Practical experience with IAM tools like Active Directory and its components, enterprise ticketing systems like ServiceNow, and Privileged Access Management (PAM) platforms (e.g., BeyondTrust, Lieberman, Delinea).
  • Strong understanding of how authentication and authorization work, including technical design and implementation for on-premises systems and cloud environments (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
  • Up-to-date knowledge of IAM standards and protocols, including SAML
